A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your Claremont address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
We built our Claremont branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from Claremont, CA property owners โ the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our Claremont roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Water Damage Repair in Claremont isn't a side service we tacked on โ it's the reason the company exists. We're fully insured and licensed to work anywhere in Claremont, CA, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Claremont, CA warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Ask any Claremont property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am โ the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Claremont call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first โ some of the costliest Claremont jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If you're nodding along to any of these, get ahead of it now rather than later โ our Claremont dispatcher will give you an honest read on urgency, not a sales pitch.
We size the Claremont response to the actual damage โ a single-room extraction gets a two-person crew, a commercial loss gets the full fleet โ nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a Claremont property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once water is out, we bring in commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, positioned using psychrometric readings rather than guesswork, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
On the residential side in Claremont, we handle the flood-cut, subfloor checks, and content pack-out so your home is ready to rebuild, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Multi-unit and commercial Claremont properties get their own project manager plus enough drying equipment to cover the real square footage, not a token setup โ we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination โ our Claremont crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
Every Claremont job includes a preventive antimicrobial application, and if we spot conditions that need full remediation we tell you plainly instead of quietly hoping it clears up.
Every Claremont estimate is written and explained before work begins โ no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.
Local staging inside Claremont, CA means Claremont response times usually beat the national average by a wide margin.
We document everything with photos and moisture logs and work directly with your adjuster so you're not stuck translating restoration jargon.

A short call with our Claremont dispatcher tells us whether this is a one-room job or a multi-crew response before anyone drives out.
A licensed technician heads to your Claremont address with extraction and drying equipment already loaded.
Extraction happens immediately, followed by a moisture survey that tells us precisely where the drying equipment needs to go.
We don't close the file until the numbers confirm the structure is dry, and you leave with full photo and moisture documentation.
We measure moisture with instruments, not guesswork, and we won't sign off on a Claremont job until those readings match the dry standard for the materials involved. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
That's not a marketing line โ it's written into every Claremont work order we issue. A repeat visit under this guarantee doesn't mean starting over โ we pull the original moisture logs and pick up exactly where the last visit left off.
